INTRODUCING THE
DECADES EPIC

The Ultimate
Round-the -World
Relay

12 months. 12 countries.

Start anywhere. Travel as far as you like. Spend longer where you want to.

WHAT IS THE EPIC?

Jump-on, jump-off slow travel

The relay keeps moving whether you're on it or not, which means you can come and go as you please. Join for a month, stay longer, or dip in and out over time.

Over the course of the year the route moves around the world, crossing regions, oceans and continents, but you choose the chapters that interest you.

Within each chapter we move between 3–4 hubs, staying long enough to properly settle in. It's closer to living abroad for a while than taking a holiday.

HOW IT WORKS

Solo travel, but with company when you want it.

DECADES is designed to help you make the most of your adventure. Most of your time is genuinely your own. The rest is simply a few things we always put in place to make the journey easier.

01

Stay a while

3–4 hubs per chapter, each worth weeks not days. Enough time to find your favourite coffee spot, unpack properly, and actually feel like you live somewhere.

02

Adventure Days

Handpicked to immerse you in a region. Not activities bolted on — they’re the reason you went. We’ve included a few of our favourites below.

03

Great accommodation

Great villas and boutique hotels. Beautiful, calm places, close enough together that finding someone for dinner is never a mission.

04

Travel buddies

Think solo travel, with company when you want it. The group shifts and evolves as people join and leave. We’ll let you know if there’s fewer than 4 of you on any one leg.

05

Travel IS the adventure

We don't do A to B transfers when we can do something better. In Laos, that's the 2-day slow boat. In Vietnam, it's the night train. This is going to be fun.

06

24/7 backup

Someone on WhatsApp when you need it. Airport collection at every chapter. Logistics sorted. Otherwise, you're left to your own devices. As it should be. 4 or more of you? We'll provide an on-the-ground host.

"I've been looking for this for 10 years. Nothing spoke to me until DECADES."

—Kay, 65, Worcestershire
ADVENTURE DAYS

Once a week, something worth doing.

Handpicked to immerse you in a region. Not activities bolted on — they're the reason you went.

January · Cambodia

Sunrise cycle, Angkor Wat

Pedal through jungle paths as light breaks over one of humanity's greatest achievements. No crowds. Just birds and bicycle wheels.

January · thailand

Monastery stay

Sleep within temple walls. Join the monks at dawn prayers. Two days of rare quiet in the modern world.

february · vietnam

Motorbiking, Hai Van Pass

Climb on the back of a local's bike and ride Vietnam's most legendary coastal pass. Open ocean one side, jungle the other.

august · Chile

Stargazing, Atacama

The driest desert on earth has the clearest skies. August nights in the Atacama — the Milky Way so dense it casts shadows.

november · japan

Temple stay, Koyasan

Two nights in a monastery. Wake at 6am for prayers with the monks. Ancient cedar forest, lantern-lit paths, rare stillness.

december · Laos

Sunrise ballooning, Vang Vieng

Up before dawn. Floating over rivers and jungle as the light turns golden. One of those mornings you didn't know you needed.

WHO JOINS THE EPIC?
